Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your email box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mail account to another, set up email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box you want to forward mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
